Position Overview:

As our front line, you, as the Receptionist, will be the face and voice of the company to many of our new and existing clients of all divisions.  This role is critical in showcasing our organization’s values and in setting up expectations and providing a great experience for our clients.

Essential Functions and Duties include:

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Communication
    • Bright, friendly greeting to everyone entering the building
    • Wayfinding, directional advise within the building and client-facing areas.
    • Utilizing all means of interoffice communication: software programs, phone system and paging systems for interoffice communications
    • Front line of communication for incoming calls in need of further communication and direction throughout all divisions of CNS
    • Written communications both interoffice and external through email correspondence
  • Schedule Management
    • Management of all meeting rooms both internal and external
    • Management of company vehicles’ schedule – arrivals, departures, and location of all keys and accountability management of staff for cleanliness and maintenance
  • Housekeeping
    • Light housekeeping duties to keep the reception area clean and free of packages, clutter, or residue from traffic
    • Sanitizing of meeting rooms when needed in between meetings and traffic
    • Coffee station organization, upkeep, and cleanliness/tidying
  • Assistance to Driver Qualification Team
    • Data Entry as applicable to the Driver Qualification Team and process
    • Communication to Driver qualification team

Secondary/Back-Up Support Responsibilities:

  • Other duties as assigned

Work Environment:

This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, and standard office software such as Microsoft Office and company-specific CRM systems.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position.

  • Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
