I stay with CNS because I trust in the leadership. We are provided with a lot of training and information that keeps us well-informed. I think there is a lot of communication between management and employees that keeps the overall vibe comfortable and professional. People get along very well here. There is a really strong culture of teamwork and leadership values that you can’t find anywhere.
We truly value our employees, which is why our company culture revolves around flexibility and diversity. At CNS we are a family and strive to treat every employee as such.
Listen to what our employees say and why CNS Companies is such a great place to work!
I drove cross-country for 20 years and then became an owner operator for the last 27 years regionally hauling high end automobiles. I decided to become a CDL Trainer because when I was 17 years old, someone trained me the proper way and this is a way to pay it forward.
As the Vice President of Operations I oversee the entire Driver Training Center operation. Coming from a family of truckers, it was inevitable that I get my CDL and start driving truck. I have driven locally and long-haul once I decided I wanted to do something bigger. When this opportunity presented itself, I jumped on it as a way to stay in the trucking industry and be home with my wife and family on a regular basis.
