Position Overview:
The Licensing Specialist I (Notary/Clerk) position will contribute to the Licensing Center organization, workflows, and team projects. The specialist will bring a high level of expertise and knowledge to the department, and stay current on the industry and industry changes in rules and regulations.
Essential Functions and Duties include:
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Processing licensing tasks from CNS specialists and directly from clients and customers:
- Auto Titling and Licensing
- General notarization
- Licensing specific services to individual states
- Meeting with clients for IRP licensing and other licensing needs
- Managing clients’ expiring registration renewals
Secondary/ Back-Up Support and Responsibilities and Duties:
- Other duties as assigned

Work Environment:
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, and standard office software such as Microsoft Office and company-specific CRM systems.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This position is full-time or part-time. Full-time hours would be Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Part-time hours are TBD
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Compensation:
$16 – 18 per hour
