The Client Engagement Specialist will be the first face our customers see and the last one before they depart our offices. Welcome and provide direction to client through our spaces, ensure prompt accommodations are made to connect a client with their desired business party. Whether it be helping a patient find their way to our Occupational Medicine suite, drivers to our training simulator, or clients to our licensing or insurance departments this person will communicate effectively, enjoy helping others, be efficient, effective, and courteous. We are fast paced, fast growing, and looking for exceptional energetic talent to join our team! Qualifications and Skills – Exceptional customer service and communication skills – Friendly, warm, and welcoming – Exceptional phone and email etiquette – Ability to clean and sanitize examination rooms – DOT/Non-DOT Drug and Alcohol Specimen Collector (we can train you!) – Medical Billing experience preferred Primary Responsibilities – Reception/Patient check-in – Reception/phone and email correspondence and direction – Schedule and patient assistance – DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing and specimen collection in-office – Cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking examination rooms – Administrative duties, including NCRME scribe duties for providers and physicians Secondary/Back-Up Support Responsibilities – Assisting with Medical Billing as needed – DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing and specimen collection on-site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
